As part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, we combined an all-staff buffet lunch with our regular communications meeting in June.
As part of our on-going process of making small changes to drive our business forward, we invited our staff to take the opportunity to share and discuss as a team stories, ideas and thoughts on how we could improve the way we can work together and make a difference.
We added an incentive of vouchers and champagne for the best idea taken up. We were delighted to award these to Jude Moktarudin, who works as a Claims negotiator, her idea of standardising and creating well defined internal processes across departments was a clear winner.
